"At first this Office was great after a few years definitely has seen a Decline N customer service. I had two cars on my policy and back in December one of my cars at total I called them and asked for them to cancel the total Car off the policy. They ended up canceling both cars off the policy somehow and then it took them over three months to get the one car back onto the policy all the while I was still paying my premiums. Then I get another car and add it to this policy My rate goes up slightly, not bad and then that car gets totaled by someone and I called to cancel that off the policy, but then it takes them over two weeks to adjust the policy and they never got back to me with a new rate So I called in asking what was my new rate and it wasn’t that much different than having two cars on a policy previously, which was very hard to me because the only car on there is over 16 years old. I asked for a bill breakdown and was told that that’s gonna take two days so I’m still waiting for that back in February. I was told they sent out a refund check that I never received and was never told about until I inquired about a bill breakdown."
