"I will always recommend Henry Nace’s State Farm office for all your insurance needs! I have been with them for a couple of years now and have car insurance for two vehicles, home insurance, and life insurance for me and my husband through them. All of which were painless to obtain. They are always eager to help my husband and I keep our insurance rates down. I received a call from Alexa today who was just checking in on things and to inform us our insurance was going down for one of our vehicles, (my favorite kind of calls and they happen pretty often with State-farm) She was so nice and lovely to speak with! Everybody there has excellent customer service skills. I have spoken with quite a few of the girls there and they are all amazing. Julia helped us set up our life insurance and she made it such an easy process. 10/10 would recommend this office because there staff is knowledgeable and caring!"

"I visited this State Farm office and spoke with Jeff. I had my existing policy with me which we both sat down and reviewed. Jeff showed me where he could save me money for the same coverage but then increased coverage on a few line items and still reduced my premiums. This was for both auto and home owners. "At first this Office was great after a few years definitely has seen a Decline N customer service. I had two cars on my policy and back in December one of my cars at total I called them and asked for them to cancel the total Car off the policy. They ended up canceling both cars off the policy somehow and then it took them over three months to get the one car back onto the policy all the while I was still paying my premiums. Then I get another car and add it to this policy My rate goes up slightly, not bad and then that car gets totaled by someone and I called to cancel that off the policy, but then it takes them over two weeks to adjust the policy and they never got back to me with a new rate So I called in asking what was my new rate and it wasn’t that much different than having two cars on a policy previously, which was very hard to me because the only car on there is over 16 years old. I asked for a bill breakdown and was told that that’s gonna take two days so I’m still waiting for that back in February. I was told they sent out a refund check that I never received and was never told about until I inquired about a bill breakdown."

"I was sent a notice of non-renewal for my homeowner's insurance and received a quote from a broker that was far higher than I was expecting - I reached out to Kacey Gmerek in Henry Nace's office and she set me up with a competitive homeowner's policy to replace my old policy, and even helped rework my previous auto policy to get better coverage at a lower price. Kacey worked closely with me to meet our financial and coverage needs - she communicated quickly, explained to me all aspects of my policy, and took the stress out of otherwise tedious process.
